DESCRIPTION

Casting "Giselle Loves Mambo," a short comedy 10-minute play for the Queens Short Play Festival/Competition. Logline: When Giselle’s dance partner is unexpectedly injured the day before the regional dance competition, her boyfriend, Manuel, becomes the backup dancer, but his stage fright kicks in.
-- $50 per performance--
Tech runs Feb. 21 (Two sessions); performances run Feb. 28 (Evening), March 3 (Evening), March 9 (Matinee), and March 15 (Evening); should the play progress to semifinals and finals, performances will run March 21-22 (Evening), and March 24 (Matinee) at Secret Theatre in Woodside Queens, NYC.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. The winning Play, Actor, Actress, and Director will all win cash awards and be given an Award at the Grand Final.
