DESCRIPTION

The Mac-Haydn Theatre in Chatham, NY is seeking Principal Cast and Company Members for its upcoming Summer 2023 Season. Located just 2 hours north of NYC and nestled between The Catskill Mountains and The Berkshires, The Mac-Haydn is producing 6 mainstage musicals in 2023 between May 31 and September 15th. Shows include West Side Story, Sister Act, Rent, All Shook Up, and one additional Main Stage show to be determined. All roles are currently open. Submission Deadline is Monday, February 12th at 9pm.

For the prescreen, please submit 2 contrasting pieces (32 bars each) showing both contemporary and classical musical theater styles.

**For the roles of Maria and Tony please submit the vocal sides provided.

*For company member positions, please submit one of the dance combos and the tap combo as well.

*For principal casting, please submit the “Mover” call.

Please note:The invited dance call will take place March 6th in NYC with call backs and appointments on March 12th,13th, and 14th. Candidates will be contacted by the Mac-Haydn in the coming weeks if they have been selected to attend a callback.
